Refund Policy

Aves Digital Academy – Refund Policy

At Aves Digital Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality, industry-oriented training programs. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for our online and offline courses, workshops, and digital products.


1. General Policy

All payments made to Aves Digital Academy are considered final.
Refunds are provided only under specific circumstances listed below.


2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be approved only if:

2.1 Duplicate Payment

If a student is charged twice for the same course or service, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.

2.2 Technical Issues

If a student is unable to access the course due to a verified technical issue from our side—and the issue is not resolved within 3 working days—a refund may be initiated.

2.3 Course Not Delivered

If a course or service is cancelled by Aves Digital Academy, students will receive a full refund or may choose to shift to another batch.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Student changes mind after course purchase

  • Student fails to attend classes, sessions, or complete assignments

  • Poor internet connectivity or device issues on the student’s side

  • Student requests a refund after accessing 20% or more of the course content

  • Student is removed due to misconduct or violation of the Academy’s Code of Conduct

  • Course purchased under discounts, offers, or EMI plans

  • Digital products, downloadable materials, or AI tools access fees


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@avesdigitalacademy.com

  2. Include:

    • Name

    • Registered email & phone

    • Course name

    • Payment receipt

    • Reason for refund

Our team will review the request and respond within 5–7 working days.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI

  • Original mode of payment

Refunds may take 7–14 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.


6. Special Cases

For group enrollments, corporate training programs, workshops, or personalised coaching, refunds are subject to separate agreements and are typically not eligible.
